Gathering a Leadership Ethic Workshop

In this workshop you will be introduced to the choices leaders make to guide their approach to projects, people, and themselves: their leader ethic. Many of these choices we make unintentionally, so one of the objectives of this workshop is to make you more intentional about what you include in your leader ethic. This workshop also ties in the latest research into positive and negative impacts of a leader's ethic and provides tools to develop your personal action plan that reflects your intentional leader ethic.

About the speaker: Kenneth Lamb is the faculty coordinator for the Engineering Leadership Program at Cal Poly Pomona. The ELP is a program that helps students develop their leadership awareness across four domains: Ethics, Self, Team, and Project.
