Contribution to the Profession:

Patrick Lynett is the author of numerous peer-reviewed journal papers. He is the pioneer in investigating effects of tsunamis on harbors and he has published his work on this topic in several journal papers. He is also very active in surveying tsunamis and their effect on the coast.
