Aging Infrastructure, California Playing Catchup
With aging infrastructure failing so spectacularly, California is playing catch-up when it comes to repair. As Bill Whitaker reports, the whole country is in need of a better infrastructure. Former SF Section President Mike Kincaid is interviewed in the piece talking about ASCE’s report card.
