Description
Elizabeth Ruedas is a Project Manager with Michael Baker International where she works closely with municipalities, land developers, utility companies, and business owners under the regulation of the California State Water Resources Control Board and US EPA. This experience has exposed her to the inner-workings of municipal stormwater programs, both in how to develop the program elements and how to effectively design, implement, manage, and maintain them. Her experience has covered a variety of program elements with special focus on developing guidance documents, compliance procedures, leading staff training (in English and Spanish), onsite inspections, asset management databases, audit preparation, and annual reporting.
Ms. Ruedas has been an active member of ASCE for well over a decade and most recently served on the ASCE Board of Direction as an At-Large Director, as well as on the Committee on Younger Members, and the Public Policy & Practice Committee.
