Description
Hugo Loaiciga has been a member of ASCE since 1982. He specializes in the fields of water resources engineering, groundwater management, and integrated water resources management. He has received awards and fellowships for his professional work, and has taught and mentored students at the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) since 1988. He is a Distinguished Professor and Director of the Hydrology Laboratory at UCSB.
