Description
Josue Vaglienty, P.E. is a Senior Project Manager in the Capital Project Delivery Team at Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), where he manages transportation infrastructure projects in the planning, environmental, design, and construction phases. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a M.S. in Transportation Management from the Mineta Transportation Institute at San Jose State University. With 23 years of cumulative experience in both the public and private sectors, Josue specializes in highway and fixed-rail transportation corridors, while also integrating Complete Streets and Active Transportation. Additionally, Josue is passionate about mentorship and has participated in mentorship programs with ASCE, WTS-Orange County, OCTA, and United Way Orange County for many years.
