Description

Kenneth H. Rosenfield, P.E., is a Senior Project Manager with Ardurra Group, Inc., which he joined in 2022. He previously completed a 27-year career with the City of Laguna Hills, CA where he served that City as the Interim City Manager and the Director of Public Works/City Engineer. Previous employment included ten years as a consulting City Engineer for multiple cities and six years as a staff engineer in two cities.

During his 45+ year career, Mr. Rosenfield has enjoyed work in both the private and public sectors, managed multimillion-dollar public works construction projects, initiated engineering departments in newly established cities, managed Public Works Departments and directed the design of many transportation and infrastructure improvement projects to improve the quality of life for community members throughout Southern California.

He is a career long member and a Fellow of ASCE, having held multiple leadership positions in this organization. He is also a career long member of APWA and a Fellow of ITE.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Irvine and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of California and an Envision Sustainability Professional.
