OC Health Care Campus is a 70,000 sf, fast track public health facility that consolidates the County’s BSL 3 Public Health Lab, Communicable Disease Control Division, and Emergency Medical Services. Anchored by a Risk Category IV Emergency Operations Center, it provides a secure, 24/7 hub for countywide emergency public health response.
