Description

Over the last 30.5 years, Rick Sidor, as President and CEO, has grown CASC into a medium-sized, multi-disciplinary consulting firm with 70 engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, geologists, scientists, biologists, planners, technicians, and administrators working from six offices including Colton (CASC Headquarters), Palm Desert, Temecula, Glendora, Irvine, and Tyler Texas, in addition to staff in other states working from their residences.

“To build long-lasting partnerships with each and every client by providing innovative solutions, proactive problem-solving, and top-quality services that meet program and project objectives.”

Rick provides high school and college students with internship opportunities, and some of these internships have turned into full-time professional engagements upon graduation.

Rick supports his staff in obtaining and maintaining their industry-appropriate credentials, including professional registration for engineers, surveyors, geologists, and landscape architects, and certifications in the erosion/sediment control, inspection, and municipal stormwater management arenas.
